YouTuber and fitness instructor famous for inventing the 21 Day Fix diet. She is a Beachbody fitness trainer who is certified as a personal trainer. Since September, she started her YouTube channel under the same name, wherein she frequently posts about exercise and diets. Formerly, she worked at the Brooke Burke's Modern Mom.
