Dwayne is the lead pastor of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne is passionate about equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves as a Board Director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous articles on the internet and is a contributing author to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Transforming Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne was married to Leslie. The couple has three kids.
