Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in the year 1962. She is a well-known American actress. Her film debut was in Bad Boys (1983). After that she enrolled in the Bratpack band and made appearances in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award Best Female Actress for her part in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy has been an American writer and actor for more than 20 years. She started her career in acting by appearing in the crime movie Bad Boys at the beginning in the 80s. The film, which was helmed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other famous actors, including Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. The film's first big success was the catalyst for her to appear in The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama from 1985. John Hughes directed one of greatest films for high schools. Although the film's budget was just $1 million, it made more than $50 million in profits. She also began appearing on a number of television shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. This was her first TV appearance. Since April, 1980, the show was an adolescent-oriented show. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues are other television shows in which she was featured. Her most recent appearances include Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie about a hero where Sheedy appears as a guest. Sheedy, for her incredible appearances, was awarded numerous prizes. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Award's silver Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
