Apryl appeared as a special guest in the fourth season, meeting Lil' Fizz and discussing a possible B2K reunion. Apryl returned to the show in season 6 in which she discussed her custody fight with Omarion and the media speculation and scrutiny regarding her relationship with Lil' Fizz. Both confess to their romance, forcing Apryl to clash with Moniece.
